All rooms are redecorated with new, modern furniture and accessories including TV set (30 international programs) and free broadband wireless internet access. Air conditioning and a big fridge are available together with a PC (equipped with speakers, microphone and skype software so that you can speak with your family or friends (these facilities are provided free of charge in the common room.) We have a beautiful modern kitchen (light cooking only), and a small private balcony for two is also on disposal for all our guests. We are equipped with two bathroom (wash/shower) facilities: the first consists of w/c, bath, washing machine and wash stand and the second is equipped with w/c, shower and wash stand.
	A city guide and any other required information are provided on arrival together with the latest updates from us about all the relevant happenings, advice if needed by English speaking hosts.
	If you are interested history and cultures we can arrange experienced tourist guide for you (Inform us at least 7 days prior to arrival by e-mail, telephone or fax). Checking in is at 11am and checking out is 10 am, If you arrive on your booking day before checking time then you have to wait till 11am, but you can leave your luggage.
