TERMS & CONDITIONS 2007
1. Reservations are acceptable by email or fax only. Once your reservation is accepted by Dubrovacki Izleti d.o.o. you have 5 days to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit into the account of Dubrovacki Izleti d.o.o. after which your reservation will be confirmed. Deposits not paid within the 5 days will lapse.
2. The balance owing must be paid at least 42 days before arrival into the account of Dubrovacki Izleti d.o.o.
3. If the balance has not been received 42 days before arrival the booking will no longer be guaranteed and the deposit is forfeited.
4. If a reservation is made less than 60 days before arrival, then full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Charges:
- More than 60 days before arrival: loss of deposit
- 59-46 days before arrival: 50% of total cost
- 45-32 days before arrival: 65% of total cost
- 31-16 days before arrival: 90% of total cost
- 15 days or less before arrival: 100% of total cost
General Dubrovacki Izleti d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse a reservation without any given reason.
Any charges incurred in making money transfers to Dubrovacki Izleti d.o.o. will strictly be borne by the party making the reservation or their client.
