If the guest wishes to cancel their booking they must inform Zephyrus doo 7 days prior to their arrival. If contact is not made or the accommodation is cancelled on the day of arrival Zephyrus doo has the right to charge one full nights accommodation. If a deposit has been paid there will be no refund for cancellation. |
