The "Emanuela B&B" is located within the old city walls of the Eternal City, Rome, in the perfect strategic position for visiting the city, between Piazza di Porta Maggiore and the Basilicas of San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Maria Maggiore, just a short walk from Termini train station and 700 metres from the Coliseum and Via dei Fori Imperiali. The large apartment (170 square metres) has been recently restored and is on the second floor (there is a lift if you want) of an elegant building from the late Nineteenth Century.
	All the rooms have top-class private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning units, TVs and cots for babies if required. Daily cleaning of the bedrooms and the common room, change of the towels every 3 days of permanence. The abundant quality breakfasts are served in the Breakfast Room.
	Although the B&B is in one of Rome's quieter and more peaceful streets, it is right beside a whole series of interesting spots to dine, including bars, restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets and all sorts of other shops. The area is very well linked to the rest of the city and you can take a very nice walk to get to, first, the Coliseum, then the Imperial Forums, followed by Piazza Venezia, the Trevi Fountain and, last but by no means least, the Spanish Steps.
