	Sixtythree B&B is located in The centre of Rome, close to The central station (Termini). It is very easy to reach from the airport with a direct train and it is perfectly connected by metro and bus to every part of the city. Many of the most important touristic spots are reachable just walking
	The apartment is on the fifth floor of an old Roman building with elevator and was totally restored in 2009. We have 4 guest rooms each one with private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite tv,wireless internet connection
	The breakfast is served into a dining room. We serve continental breakfast
	The owner of this b&b has several year of experience as a conciege in different hotels so he is able to help you with planning yur visit and enjoy better your stay
