| Directions | The “Acme” hotel is situated on the 2nd floor (according to the Russian, and 1st floor according to the European standards) of a 6-storey building on Rubinsteina street, 23, apartment 81. The entrance to the hotel is from the yard, separated from the busy Rubinsteina street by an exquisite cast-iron railing adorned with gorgeous lamps. There is the medical clinic called MAXAOH (Mahaon) on the ground floor of the same building and you’ll see its sign boards on the building walls – so to enter the hotel, one should go through the yard, guided by these sign boards, and on your right there will be a brown building door with a coded lock. Bearing the names of magnificent Petersburg suburbs — Peterhof, Pushkin, Strelna, Gatchina and Pavlovsk, rooms are pleasantly decorated, accomplished in a pleasant color scheme and are very bright due to the large windows. But don’t worry, you won’t be disturbed by white nights or the city hustle and bustle — due to the double glazed window panels and chunky curtains it’s pleasantly quiet in the hotel rooms. Accommodation & Reservation services
* All rooms suggested to the client as accommodation variants are available at the time of request. Until the definite booking is made these rooms are considered to be vacant and therefore may be rented by other clients.
* In order to make a reservation, you should complete the inquiry form. Within 24 hours you get an acknowledgement to your email address saying that your booking request has been received, the chosen room is vacant and you are welcome to proceed with the booking.
* A definite reservation is made by means of a deposit (the sum is equal to 1 day accommodation in the chosen hotel), which should be put down by credit card / cash payment / money transfer etc. Have a thorough look at the payment options section.
* Payment of deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you have read the property description, and you are aware of your own rights and obligations as well as you implement the “Acme” hotel’s policy in terms of rooms' reservation, cancellation and payment issues.
* Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include all taxes, fresh linen, towels and breakfast.
* Once made, bookings cannot be changed or cancelled and deposits are not refundable. Therefore cancelling a booking or not arriving for a booked stay will not result in a refund.
* As soon as the prepayment is made, we email you a Reservation Confirmation with a unique number. Thus, the definite booking is made and we are looking forward to meeting you at our hotel. Please bring this confirmation number with you, together with proof of your identity, when you check in.
* The person named in a booking must be the person who actually will be staying. Check-in will be denied to anyone not accompanied by the person named in the booking
* The final balance (minus the deposit) of accommodation cost is due for payment in cash on the day of arrival.

The sum is equal to: half-day accommodation in the chosen room – if a guests departs until 6pm / arrives before 2pm,full-day accommodation in the chosen room – if a guests departs after 6pm / arrives before 8am
Cancellations
* All cancellations must be made in writing by email, post or fax.
* Cancellation made by the client prior the arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit.
* In case of cancellation made by the Company the deposit will be refunded
