Our private residence is located in the old historical city centre of St. Petersburg just some minutes away from the famous Nevsky Prospect. The apartment is situated in the 2nd floor of an old 3-storey house built in 1853. The main entrance to the staircase is in the backyard, which makes it a little bit hidden, but at the same time sheltered. The entire place was renovated according to western standards in 2003. Still, we wanted to leave the old floor planning – that is why the rooms do not have attached bathrooms. Both bathrooms have floor heating and are situated near the entrance area. There is a spacious entrance hall, where floors are tiled and have under-floor heating. In the entrance area we have organized a little desk with a computer connected to the Internet. Wireless Lan is accessible in all rooms. In the middle of the apartment is a spacious light kitchen.. There you can get yourself a coffee or tea at anytime. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a fridge. The kitchen has floor heating. There is satellite TVs in room 1 and 2. Room 4 offers Russian TV.

Nearest metro (subway) is the Ploshad Vostanie, 400 meters away. Nearest bus/tramway is the Stary Nevsky, 150 meters away. And the nearest airport is the Pulkovo, which is 15 kilometers away.
