I made the booking through your website for 6 nights at Downtown Design Hostel in Lisbon, Portugal and paid the required deposit. When I arrived, the manager knew nothing of my booking, the room cost was double what your website quoted as being for the room not for a single. She also claimed she could not access my deposit and wanted to charge me that as well. Fortunately I found other accommodation nearby. I don't know whether your company has any dealings in Europe. From my experience I very much doubt it and will NEVER use or recommend your website. I will remain with hostelbookers. They have never let me down and I am a frequent traveller.
