Comments (English):
DO NOT EVER go there, if you want to have a room and sleep somewhere. We booked, payed a room a month before our arrival, but then the half drunk receptionist only said: "Sorry, I made a mistake, you do not have your room anymore. Overbooking". Can you imagine this after a long travel, with luggage for 2 weeks at around midnight in an unknown city? Yeah, true, he suggested us to sleep in a big dorm instead, but we did not pay for this! (plus there were already half a dozen guys sleeping, try to enter without noise, light etc...in a room even without a normal window...in July...) He did not want to give our money back. Only when the night shift receptionist arrived could we get our money back but still were left without accomodation, at 1 am in Lisbon.Thanx Next Hostel at Almirante Reis 4!
